Receptionist (m/f/d) — Early and Late Shift

We run a 180-bed house right on the Landwehrkanal and are looking for people to join our front desk. You will not just check guests in and out — you are the first person our guests meet in Berlin.

Your tasks

• Check-in and check-out, cash handling, shift handover
• Advising guests on the city, public transport and nightlife
• Handling reservations and group enquiries
• Keeping an eye on the bar and lobby area

What you bring

• Confident German and English
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends included
• A calm head when twenty people arrive at once
