By using Hostel Talent you agree to the following Terms of Use. They supplement our Terms & Conditions.

1. Permitted use

The Platform may only be used for its intended purpose: posting and searching for jobs in the hostel and hospitality sector and presenting yourself as a candidate. Automated extraction (scraping), bulk querying or other abusive use is prohibited.

2. User content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights and that the content does not violate applicable law. By submitting, you grant the Operator the right to display the content within the Platform.

3. Handling of contact data

Contact details and CVs of candidates accessible via the Platform may only be used for recruitment purposes. Use for advertising or disclosure to third parties is not permitted.

4. Prohibited content

Discriminatory, offensive, misleading or unlawful content is prohibited, as are listings that are not genuine job offers (e.g. pure advertising, pyramid schemes).

5. Availability and changes

The Operator may further develop, restrict or discontinue the Platform's features. There is no claim to permanent availability.
